Meet the Founder

Hey! My name is Sawyer David Schafbuch and I am the founder of Everydesk, a consultancy helping quality schools recruit students. I got my start in public charter education nearly ten years ago in Memphis, TN. My favorite part of being involved in education is watching students who many have overlooked come alive because they have a learning environment that values them and pushes them to grow.

The US will be a better place if more students are in schools that push them to be their best. As a StoryBrand Certified Guide, I work with superintendents, principals, and marketing directors to help them clarify their message and put the right strategies in place to connect with families and increase student recruitment and enrollment.

My two favorite people are my wife Natalie and toddler Zoe (however, Springsteen is a close 3rd). I love cooking, playing guitar, taking board games too seriously, and being active outside.
